Huka Lodge is world famous and is nestled in 17 acres of parkland on the banks of the Waikato River, 300 metres
upstream from the famous Huka Falls. The Lodge is said to occupy the most beautiful position of any lodge in the world –
we are sure you will agree. The garden at Huka Lodge is ranked as a ‘Garden of National Significance’ and deemed to be
of regional importance by the New Zealand Gardens Trust.
Depart Heletranz Heliport and enjoy a spectacular scenic helicopter flight viewing Auckland before heading south, flying
over Cambridge, Lake Karapiro, the Waikato district (home of some of New Zealand’s richest farmland), over Kaingaroa
NZ’s largest man-made forest and Wairakei thermal area before landing at Huka Lodge.
(Flight time approx 1 hour 15 minutes)
Pre-dinner drinks and canapes from 7pm to 8pm.
A five course set menu fine-dining experience (menu changes daily).
Overnight accommodation at Huka Lodge (Junior Lodge Suite – double/twin share).
After a full country-style breakfast, your helicopter will return you to the Heletranz Heliport, Auckland
