For Heli-ferry | Heletranz conducts this package as a non-chartered flight. Helicopter transfers are not exclusive and will be arranged to accommodate other passengers. All bookings will be conducted under a 3-course set menu cost (excluding pre-disclosed dietary requirements). Cost does not include taxi or vehicle services, wine tastings, or any additional food and beverage beyond the 3-course set menu. Ferry tickets are inclusive in the package cost. Additional costs may apply for helicopter departure out of alternative landing sites such as Mechanics Bay Heliport. The operation of our Helicopters will not at any time be delayed as a result of passenger’s time mismanagement. Heletranz will not be liable for any missed flights due to the delay as described above. All passengers are required to check in at least 15 minutes prior to helicopter departure. Heletranz are under no obligation or requirement to reimburse passengers for missed flights as a result of passenger delay.
Heletranz reserves the right to alter bookings to reflect appropriate weight limitations as regulated under the CAA. For the purposes of the above condition, all passenger’s individual names and weights must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking.
The helicopter transfer is marketed at per person rates in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of 15% GST. Heletranz reserves the right to alter prices and/or apply a fuel surcharge without notice. At time of booking, a 50% payment deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment is required 10 days prior to departure. If the travel is within 10 days of the booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking to secure the flight. All bookings are subject to pilot and aircraft availability. Payment via credit card will incur a processing fee (Visa/Mastercard 2%, Amex 3%).

All bookings will be operated as the helicopter transfer only, excluding all additions such as dining, beverages, and vehicle transfers on the island.
