Sculpture on the Gulf

Jane-Mario-Downes-Stop-the-Clock Product Page

For three weeks only—28th Jan-3rd Feb—New Zealand’s foremost outdoor sculpture exhibition allows you to experience the power and beauty of contemporary sculpture in the landscape. 35 new artistic concepts created specifically for the event will be shown along a 2km section of the stunning Waiheke headland—one of the best walks on the island.
Why not combine this treat with a fabulous meal at Mudbrick Vineyard and Restaurant and fly in by helicopter? Arguably one of the most picturesque destinations in the country, Mudbrick has a timeless appeal with its characteristic, richly-coloured earth bricks which provide a warm, natural ambience surrounded by lavender gardens and spectacular gulf views. Distinctive, up-market cuisine, fine Waiheke wines and great service guarantee a truly memorable dining experience. Flying in by helicopter to land in the grounds is an absolute must.
On arrival, enjoy a glass of Mudbrick Bubbles and a superb 3-course a la carte lunch before being transferred by taxi to the beginning of the headland Sculpture On The Gulf exhibition.
